Has anyone in Ontario or Canada for that matter, taken the Critical Care Nursing E-Learning graduate certificate program. I am just wondering how it would be if I took it while working full time. :)

Hi,
I am also interested in starting the program tentatively in September. Do you know of any other institution in Ontario that offers the program through distance learning aside Durham college? I am also working fulltime and I believed I can cope.
Thanks in advance

I think Centennial College has it.

I took the Critical Care Certificate through Mohawk College in Hamilton (distance ed. format). I was working full time in a med/surg ICU and was able to complete 1-2 modules a term. Two a term was a little heavy but it was a pretty good course and fairly flexible. I don't know about the clinical placement aspect of the course though because I "challenged" them because I was already working in an ICU and was exempt from them...

I work in an ICU and 2 of my coworkers are doing the Durham college initiative via elearning.
They find it very good so far.
One works PT and the other FT and they tend to do there homework on days off.
They are paying for this on by themselves.
Is this what you are refering to?
Hope it helps.
