Criminal charges for diversion

Has anyone had criminal charges for diversion? I've gotten help and gotten clean but fear criminal charges.

NP here. Got felony conviction of larceny from a building for diversion of narcotics. My advice, hire the best attorney you can find. It will cost you a lot less than what you will have to go through to get your license back after a criminal conviction.
