How did everyone do that went with you? I go this weekend

Good job!! It's a tough little thing, isn't it?

Thats good to know. Thank you. Im kinda flippin every couple of days or so, from confidence to nausea. Anyhoo, I googled the hospital and it didnt post that there was a peds unit. I thought I would try and get the inside scoop about it. Just wondering why Excelsior would use a hospital for clinicals if they aren't set up for peds. I like that its small. Im trying to wrap my head around it and compare it to one of the hospitals here in St. Louis. -Okay, back to the books. Thanks again for your honesty with the area. Shelly

I am going to Racine for my CPNE the last weekend in October. Do you have any specific tips that would help me? I am extremely anxious about the whole thing and in all honesty am not sure that I am preparing correctly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Specific tips... Well you have to know all the critical elements for all the AOC's and that includes Wound Management, Drainage Speci Collection & Irrigation. These 3 AOC's have been increasingly appearing in PCS's at all sites. If you are going in the next 4 months you will see a lot of Resp. Patients with flu and pneumonia. But I guess the most important tips I can give you are: Do not take the lab stations lightly practice them so you can do them mechanically, if not already doing this...start sending EC complete PCS's 3-5 times/ week of documentation for the planning phase and eval phase for theri critique...and they do it for free, and to gain the knowledge you need so you can be in control of your own CPNE Destiny.

Hey Sunshine....

You never logged out of the all nurse site from my computer, when you were at the workshop, and you saved your contact info to my computer also.

A post came up on the All Nurse site for me to answer...

or I think it was for me since it was addressed to me and came to my e-mail.

But when I clicked to answer I didn't notice it came up as you.

To make a long sory short I noticed your account stuff was coming to my e-mail, (after the fact)

So I went and deleted your contact info from my computer.

Sorry if this has confused any one...sure made my eyes bug out when I saw it
