Hey Brenan! Thanks for taking the time writing the journal! I appreciate it so much! We really don't get to hear as much coming out of the Midwest Centers :D I am very early in my own CPNE studying (very early, no mnemonics yet, nothing) and I have nothing when it comes to documentation but I wanted to ask, why do we need to circle "pain"? Ugh.....I have so much work ahead of me :rolleyes:

You have to circle the vital signs you want to declare to the CEs. Pain falls under the vital signs, so make sure you circle it!
