the differences between the levels of NICUs? i.e. what's different between a level II and level III?

Also, MAS (I assume that's meconium aspiration)?

Lastly, what is GBS stand for?

GBS= Group B Strep aka GBBS=Group B Beta Strep

Level III NICUs take more critically ill babies such as vent babies, micro preemies, severe congenital anomalies. Where I work, Level II would include more stable babies maybe with IVs, CPAP, etc...
