Cope clinical care extender experience.

Hello, quick question to any one that has already took COPE Clinical care extender Volunteer program.

Once your done with program, Can you use this as experience in your resume, when applying for a job?

I am currently CNA, tying to get a job at a hospital instead of a convalescent home, I have just finish my volunteer hrs with this program, and I am thinking of moving up to RN, but since I already have my CNA License I could work as CNA in a hospital in the mind time, while going to school. I really don't want to work at a convalescent home because from my experience these places are much more difficult to be working as CNA, I had a job as CNA at one of these homes and I got really sick of it and quit like 3 days after my orientation.
