I heard many community colleges give priority to employee who works for hospitals that are clinical site for the school. is that true? do people really work for hospital and get into the program?

Our program valued previous health care experience in a potiental student, if that is what you are asking. Not sure you can say "priority" was given. Grades, essays, ect were still important as well.

There are some hospitals that have an agreement or a specific program in place with certain colleges. My previous facility did this. They hired us a clinical instructor, took 8 of us off of the waiting list and put us into the program. We still paid for everything ourselves. We also had to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.

Some schools do. My program allows one hospitals students to bypass the (3+ year) waitlist and enter right away. Another hospital in town has a similar arraingment with a different community college. It is not very well known, I'd have gotten a job at one of those hospitals and saved myself the headache if I'd known.

Yeah, but you may not have been the one chosen, then you'd have a headache of a different kind.....
