Commentary Paper structure

Does anyone know of an appropriate structure to develop a Commentary paper based upon literary review/evidenced based practice, where I can end in discussing practice rather than the research itself? I am in the process of writing a paper for a publication that allows for papers that are Commentaries. However, my current paper is structured as one that is based upon literary reviews as background information to support of my commentary, where I am discussing the adjustment of a clinical practice.

By the way, this will be my first major journal publication if accepted. The author section does not detail how a commentary is to be structured, which is why I am asking my fellow allnurses members. :)

I found the answer to my question by reading a few commentary papers. Therefore, I am no longer going to write a commentary paper at this time. I have a study I am working on and that is the paper I will submit for publication.
