DO any of you know, or work or have worked at Swedish? Looking for some insight. Especially into the critical care area.

I know someone who does, but not a critical care area. She likes it... But they've had some turnover since the issue with the tech possibly contaminating and stealing drugs. Or so I hear.

The swedish special :) I get an email a day from them about open jobs with sign on bonus. You know something is up when you are the only game offering those.

I've heard the staff to patient ratios are bad because its severely understaffed from a friend that just started there. They have a lot of new grads , which is fine, but why aren't experienced nurses staying? It's a health one hospital also- look up reviews about health one.

ICU was fine, they are going through a change of hours for shifts, from 3-3 to 5-5. I think two of the senior management team is leaving of left
