Hospital recommendations/advice-Denver area?

OK, teaching hospital you have University Hospital in Denver, Denver Health and PSL. Denver Health you are dealing with people without insurance., so ED- lots of homeless, mental health, ect. University I heard was great for learning and I used to work at PSL, not sure they have the trauma you might want for a ED nurse but great reputation, great learning hospital.

I am a RN/BSN soon to be moving to the Denver area. I am currently working on my 2nd year at a small 11 bed orth/neuro-trauma ER. I am interesting in moving up to a bigger hospital, possibly even a teaching hospital. I want to stay in the ER and am looking for some insider info.
What are the good local hospitals?
Which are good to nursing staff?
Good overall, reputation, ER, organization, technology..etc.?
I would appreciate any feedback you could provide to assist me in my upcoming job search.

I work for Exempla Lutheran in the ER. We are now officially the busiest ER in the city according to the latest stats. We are a 54 bed unit, non trauma designated but working on our Level I certification. We are busy as hell and its hard work most days but the staff is overall wonderful. OUr average patient ratios is 5:1, unless they are critical. http://www.exempla.com and there are 3 hospitals in our system.

the university of Colorado hospital is a good place Look at Fitzsimmons campus.

I also presently work for Exempla Lutheran and they do treat staff well. It is not a teaching hospital and the ER is definately a great place to get experience. The pay was about $2 less than University.
