CNA's that are nursing students practicing skills at work?

Just wondering if you or any one you know have practiced skills that aren't under your scope of practice under an RN because they know you're a nursing student and want to learn/practice? [obv not the right thing to do]

Like you said it's obviously not the right thing to do. However, when I was an RN at a nursing home, I allowed an LPN to hang an IV on her patient. It's not right, but I allowed it. Also I let a CNA give insulin to one of my patients. I HIGHLY recommend nobody do this. I did though 🤐
