Toward the beginning of the year I took my CNA skills test and received a passing score (I took my CNA course close to two years ago), I sent my application and all the necessary information to the Arizona Board of Nursing and that was the last I heard of anything. I found out that you could verify your certification through their website and it shows that they issued my certification but that was about four months ago. Anyway, my question is: Do they send you an actual, tangible certificate or do you just rely on their website?
I know that they give the option on your application to pay a $50 fee to get a wallet-sized certificate but I guess I assumed that would be in addition to a regular one... Any input or information is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

From what I understand, the only way you get a tangible certificate is the pay for the wallet one. Otherwise, you just get a pass fail and the AZBN site will say if you are certified or not for verification purposes. I could be wrong, that's just how I understand it to be.
