I want to become a CNA and I'm looking for training in Chicago that is cheap or free, If you are from IL where did you get your training and how much did you pay? and how easy was finding a job after?

I am going for CNA and I did extensive google searches for low cost/free CNA programs in IL, especially in Lake County because I just moved here from Will County. I actually found one and I am pretty geeked :yeah: lol.

The Westminster Place does tuition free basic nurse assistant training program. All you pay is $125 for books, materials, etc. Their fall program starts SEPT 20th..their orientation/testing is Sept 8 (arlington heights). The hotline number for more info is #####. I called almost a month ago and put my name down for the orientation/testing so if you are still interested you should call them asap because spaces are limited.

Good Luck! :)
