What agency do you go through to transfer a medication aide license to florida?

I have contacted the florida board of health, board of nursing, and all over, and no one seems to be able to help me. I am certified in North Dakota as both a certified nurse assistant and a certified medication aide which lets you pass meds in places like assisted living facilities and nursing homes. I have transfered my CNA license, but need to also transfer my med aide license and can't seem to figure out how in Florida. Please help!
