CLPNA Norquest confirmation delay

Hello. I'm hired by capital health through mercan here in the Philippines to work in Alberta, Canada. Before I can work there, I have to be registered to Norquest for the CLPNA eligibility but until now I haven't received any confirmation. I just like to ask if there is anybody else who has a problem like me and what is the reason behind the delay. It is also not clear when it will arrived. Any response will be very much appreciated.

Bigger question is do you know for a fact that it was actually sent in them and they have received it? That is usually where we see problems right from the start.

so you mean its possible they haven't sent it yet? why do they do that? they told me they sent it already. i also frequently followed up.

The person that is telling you that it was sent is not the one that does the sending. Do you know for a fact that it has been received? Just because something is sent also does not guarantee that it has been received.

And more importantly, was it sent by courier or regular air-mail from Manila?

hi!! they told a co-hired that the CLPNA would be sent on October. and also the requirements to the embassy..
