Clinical Sites in NYC area for SD State Refresher Course

Hello All,

I am an LPN with an active license, though I have not worked in nursing for a few years so I am doing the LPN refresher course through South Dakota State to brush up on some skills and make myself more marketable. I've finished the theory portion of the class but I'm having a very difficult time finding a clinical site (which SD State requires you to find on your own). I have reached out to many of the local hospitals and SNFs in NYC and Northern NJ but haven't had any luck. All of them either say that they have contracts with other schools or they don't do clinicals. It's very frustrating. Is anyone aware of a facility in this area that would allow me to do this? Or do you have any other suggestions?
