My grandmother used to rub mustard on our feet, place saran wrap over them and then put socks on our feet when we had a fever! Who knew? I thought it was an old wives tale. :nurse:

The language used in that book's treatise of enemata is so formal, so very different than writing today. I just love it. I had no idea that the plural of enema is not enemas (which makes total sense...stigmata, scotomata, etc).
