Clinical Nurse Specalists questions

It seems that the pharmacy school is training the pharmacist in the same specialties as the Clinical Nurse Specialist (ICU, ED, pediatric, geriatrics, cardiac, others).  They have the same board certifications and what they are teaching the students seems like the same job as the CNS (research, educator, policy and procedure writer, expert, resource).  Are CNS being replaced by clinical pharmacist where you work?  Is there really in increase in CNS as we shift from fee for service to value based care.  I see that independent prescribing and practice in spreading rapidly for the CNS per the map but I do not see where pharmacist can bill for services to medicare like the CNS.  I have read multiple articles in pharmacy magazines such as Drug Topics and Pharmacy Times and it appears that pharmacist are going to be competing with nurses for jobs and CNS in ACO and PCMHs .  I will be happy to share these references on here if someone would like to see if it is allowed on all nurses.  I am licensed as a RN, BSN and PharmD.
