Hey guys! Looking for some support! Has anyone taken the clep exam for sociology? I am testing on the 24th! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions/pointers and how long did everyone take to study for this test!?!?! I have finished all my theory exams and working on Inform Literacy (which I finished this morning), Sociology (taking it on the 24th) and FCCA (which starts on the 25th) all this month. Any help would be great!! Just trying to cram this stuff in quickly but efficiently so I can focus on CPNE. Well thanks in advance for all the replys!

I read REA clep prep on a monday and passed the test the next monday.I did read every day, took both practice test on the CD rom, that comes with the book.I ended up reading the whole book twice, and then reviewed the practice test.It was not that hard at all.
GOOD LUCK

I am interested in CLEPing the Sociology exam also. I am glad you responded. My question is concerning the questions proposed that concern the Sociologists that are talked about in the text. I am afraid I will not be able to remember which Sociologist said what in the history of sociology. I can remember the information about sociology. Are there a lot of questions concerning the names of the sociologists?? Thanks
Good question!! I look forward to hearing feedback too!!! When are you planning on testing?

If I remember correctly, you should be familiar with the major sociologists and their theories. Good luck.
you can get REA from REA.com,amazon.com,or e-bay.Try those, the one with the disk is better to me,because you can take the practice test ,and be graded.Just like EC practice test, but you can retake them all you want.
GOOD LUCK you will do fine.
