Hi there: I was trying to clear messages to free up space in my inbox, but even after deleting the messages the storage space has not increased. Can you please help me with this. Additionally, how long does it take to delete a conversation/message once I delete it. Because even after deleting the entire history, it is still showing up as being there. Thanks.

Look to the upper left and click the "gear" icon. The dropdown menu will display the following. Click DELETE CONVERSATION: This message will pop up ... click OK: Quote Are you sure you want to delete this conversation? The conversation will be removed from your inbox and you will not be able to view or rejoin it. Other participants will continue to see it. You will need to repeat these steps on each message you want to delete.

Hello @Sun1, The pm "ICU v OR" has now been removed. Your box still shows 94 messages remain out of 100 allowed so you will need to remove more to allow more space.
