My first semester professors were all angels. They wanted to help as much as possible. The only part that sucks the most the exams are ridiculously hard and even when you think you know it something always comes up unexpectedly.

What did you do during clinicals at the hospital for the first semester?

Administer medication, practice basic assessment skills. Like blood pressure measurement, auscultation, palpitations, inspection, etc. Clinicals are the easy part. It's a pass or fail grade. And the only way you really fail is if you dont do any of the essays, you just hang around the hospital slacking, or you kill q patient, which is highly impossible.

I will email you some syllubi. If that will help you some how. Mainly focus on the medications and how they affect the body and what are the essentials in our body functions etc.

Today they said the cutoff was 3.45 for this semester.

oh wow thank you @baileon I have a GPA of 3.46 and plan on applying for fall 2019 im taking the TEAS in March soo nervous

Hey!! I just transferred at city tech. I'm planning to apply for the fall of 2019 hopefully! And I just wanted to ask is the teas given at a later time in the yr? Possibly during spring break? I havent really have time to study and wanted more time. I have a good average and I was also wanted any advice for city tech and the application?

According to their flyer, you have until 4/26/19 to take it for the fall semester.
