Cirrhosis stage 4

please help me!! my aunt just found out that she has stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver. What will happen to her now? what does this mean? is it the end for her? she is NOT a drinker. it runs in our family. please help

also, she is in level 2 of cirrhosis.
