Hello everyone!

I'm looking for general information about the culture and work life at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP). I am in the process of setting up an interview for their Intermediate Critical Care Training Residency and would love to chat with someone that works there or who has been through their residency programs to get an idea of what the "vibe" is like. If anyone is comfortable sharing, I would also love information on their current employment contract (shift differentials, PTO etc). Thank you in advance!
