I didn't see a thread for this so I was just wondering who else has applied to CHOA's residency for the February/March start!

I applied and have an in person interview/job shadow. I have no idea if they want me to wear scrubs or business casual. What stage in the game are you in? What units did you apply for?

Hey Y'all! I had my in person interview for the NICU on Wednesday and really enjoyed the process. You shadow in scrubs and interview in business professional. Best of luck to everyone through this long process.

How were the interview questions? When will you find out if you got the job?!

The interview was such a nice process! The manager came and picked me up from the lobby and there were 5-6 situational questions. We got to talk a ton about interests. I thought they were pretty easy just prepare for those type before going in. I'm not sure when I'll find out; I hope early next week. Fingers crossed! What unit is your interview for?

I have a med surg unit. What did you do during the job shadow portion? I'm excited, yet nervous because I want this so bad! I have some pending job offers with other hospitals, so I just hope I'll know something soon after the interview because I don't want to leave myself out of a job! Good luck to you! My interview is the end of next week

Also, by situational questions do you mean the tell me a time when type or the ones where you work through a potential patient scenario and give potential diagnoses? It takes me more time to think through the scenario ones so I'm just wondering!

The tell me about a time ones! Best of luck this week on your interview I'm sure you'll do great!

Hey! Do y'all know what the actual start date is for this residency?
