I decided to create this thread for anyone applying to Children's Medical Center of Dallas for the July 2016 Nurse Residency Program! Good luck to everyone! Yes, I was told they're still working on offers...and I'm thinking it's mainly for the ICU settings.

I looked through an old thread for the residency at Children's Dallas. Some people got their offers 4 weeks after their interviews.

For those who have received offers, is the $24.75/hr estimate accurate?

I think they have a list from each unit who to make an offer to. And they have a back-up list. So maybe some of you didn't get offers because you weren't first choice but they will be calling back ups afterwards.

Maybe that's true for the floor units, but it sounds like BUbear16 got in touch with the recruiter and they aren't done with the ICU floors. You never know though...
