I decided to create this thread for anyone applying to Children's Medical Center of Dallas for the July 2016 Nurse Residency Program! Good luck to everyone! If there are any current or past residents that would like to offer any advice, please feel free to do so!!!!! Good luck to everyone applying!

Congratulations! I am guessing those who interviewed for the CVICU and were extended an offer have already been notified right?

The recruiter called me today saying she had "good news" for me. I was unavailable, so it was a voicemail, but I will be calling tomorrow first thing to see what this good news is! I thought you all would like to know CVICU calls may be starting.[emoji79]

Thanks! We got a hold of each other and confirmed that the good news was an offer. I am not sure if they are done or not. I got the call yesterday around 5:30 central time, which is kind of after regular business hours.

I'm wondering the same thing. I call today because I have another job offer I have to accept by tomorrow if I don't get childrens but have not gotten a call back. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have also been waiting for an offer. I interviewed with PICU/TICU....still no word. I was able to get a hold of the recruiter and she said they're still working on offers...

Did you just call her office phone? I have to accept my offer tomorrow so not sure what to do since i really want childrens...
