I feel so anxious. Do you guys really think if we didn't get offers today more will be coming this week? Seriously congratulations to you all! I hope we can be coworkers ?

I got a call around 1pm for the PICU and offer letter an hour ago!

Congrats everyone! Since at least two people here already got calls from NICCU, I'm guessing I'm out for this cohort. This was my first application and interview So I'm trying to not get too discouraged. For the NICCU folks, are you comfortable sharing maybe what you had in experience that made you stand out, or did you just slay the interview haha. Congrats everyone!

I feel the same for NICCU. I thought my interview went really well and have been communicating. Curious what I can improve on. I have been applying to so many NICU in Southern California so I'm pretty discouraged, but trying to stay up.
