I am a pre nursing student and am taking the prereqs.. I am taking anatomy and chemistry at the same time while working full-time. Several people including both advisors and peers have advised not to take them at the same time if you work full time because you will burn out and not get the grades you need to apply.
I'm hesitant to listen because I feel like I have to prove a point that I can stretch myself thin and do both while working full-time. What do you think?

It really depends on what you're willing to give up to accomplish this. I routinely took 17-19 credits during my AAS program years ago with a newborn, job, unemployed husband and two foster kids. If you want it bad enough, you can do it.
