hi all!
Ive been wearing greys anatomy scrub tops size small because they are very comfy, good quality and fit me fairly well (I am about 5'6" with a slim build). They are a little pricey though so I am looking for suggestions for scrub tops that have a similar fit? It seems that when I order other brands they all run way too big on me!
TIA!

Not much cheaper, but I have found more selection with NRG and they do not fade. I think they are both made by Barco.

Jockey scrubs are amazing! I am super petite (and 5 feet tall) and I purchase jockey scrub tops in xxs and pants in xs petite- they fit BETTER than grey's and are just as soft and wrinkle free. The only problem is that they cost just about the same.
A cheaper alternative with a great fit for tiny nurses is wonder wink. They come in a wide range of sizes xxs to special plus sizes and regular, petite and tall pants. The 'origin' wonder winks are the cheapest and remind me of Cherokee workwear while the '4-flex' wonder winks are stretchy and SUPER comfy and are slightly pricier. Hope this helps some!!

Scrubology is the Work N Gear house brand that is a near exact GA replica. Still super soft and comfy!

Landau is my runner up to Grey's scrubs. I love Grey's too much. They're comfortable, and have so many pockets. My only gripe is Greys run small (I wear large clothes and a small in Greys). Landau runs closer to normal.

The pants are half drawstring/half elastic! And the drawstring you can actually tighten it tight!!! As where some drawstring pants I find don't tighten up very well at all! It's funky in my opinion. However, I recently realized that almost any Barco is just as soft, with a working string! And while yes, they are pricey, I will pay the price for the fit & comfort. Does anyone know any that fit/feel the same that are less espensive? I've looked everywhere! No luck!

I love Koi. They are still expensive but cost a little less than the GA scrubs.
Have you checked out ICU by Barco? They are similar to GA in terms of quality and softness but they are a lot cheaper.

Scrubology. They sell it at some Sears. They make Grey's and Koi replicas. Not exactly the same but close enough to be worth the price drop.

I really like butter soft by uniform advantage. They are super comfy, and they come in tons of colors and styles. I get lots of compliments. They are also much cheaper than the scrubs I used to buy!
