Charity School of Nursing (SON) Fall 2015

Is there anyone else applying to Charity SON for Fall of 2015 (RN)? LOL, everything is so quiet. I thought I'd go ahead and start a thread so we can give help and support. Good luck, everyone!

I really do hope that you get in Candieapple. Not that I have any favorites but I know how nervous you have been. I have my fingers crossed for all of us:up:but cannot wait to hear you say you got your big envelope.

I think my score is a 70. I did the assessment and that's what I've came up with. Didn't some get in last fall with a 60 and 65?

I didn't get in. On my re evaluation it says "d's f's and w's previously taken should no longer be used for the profile"

Does this mean they count them the first time I apply but not the second?

Awww...That's sweet Andromeda4u.I believe you have a chance to get in with 60 profile.You just have to believe too.We're all going to be on here exchanging info after we get in:yes:

Aww Tasha I'm sorry. I think they count all the w's D's and f's of the first time you took a class now. But I don't remember them doing that back when I first applied. But I want to congratulate you for all of your hard work you have done! Do not give up. Keep applying until you get in. Don't let this stop you from accompinshing your goal.

Thank you. I'm pretty upset over it, I cried before I opened the envelope. I retook those courses and got A's and B's but apparently they still counted. I wish I could have at least got wait listed. I have no other classes left to take I don't want to spend the next year doing nothing

@Tasha. I fully understand, that's how I was when I applied fall 2013. They should put those who have the potiental on waiting lists. Did they tell you your profile score?

Tasha make an appointment asap with admissions. From what I hear they will sit down with you and evaluate your transcript/profile then tell you what you need to do to get in next round
