Charged with DUI but Never Convicted and Getting Licensed in AZ

I'm applying to take the NCLEX in Arizona, and as I was filling out the application I realized it asked for DUI charges, even if you were not convicted. I thought it was only going to ask for DUI charges convicted. In 2007 I was charged with a DUI and a liquor law minor violation. I was 20 years old, and both of the charges were dismissed, so I was never convicted. Since then I had never been charged with a DUI or any misdemeanor or felony. I included that info on my application. I'm 32 years old now, so the DUI charge was from a long time ago, but it still worries me that I may be denied and have to go through a bunch of hoops to take the NCLEX and get licensed. Has anyone been in a similar situation or know how strict the Arizona Board of Nursing is when it comes to this stuff?

Any insight is appreciated.
