Charge Nurse Role

Hi, could anyone send me Policies & Procedures for their organization's Charge Nurse Role? Specifically, assignment of patients from Bed Management to the unit, Patient Acuity Levels as it relates to assignment-making, and Charge Nurse Responsibilities. Would also LOVE IT if someone out there has a Charge Nurse Orientation Packet/Program already being used and could share so I don't have to reinvent - would rather have something that is currently working for others.

My unit is a 35-bed, progressive care unit with a patient-nurse ratio of 4-5:1.
