Chamberlain BSN 2023 - Sacramento

Hi, I do not see a topic for future applicants of the BSN Program at Chamberlain starting January 2023. Just wanted to know where everyone is at in the application process. For those not applying to the Sacramento location, any input/stats/conversation would still be helpful!

Hello! so sorry for being MIA for a minute! but oh my... I'm very sorry this is happening to your application process Rose.. Did they schedule you for that Math exam already? My advisor last Monday said mine got moved and results will be tomorrow. I'm still hopeful and at the same time my anxiety is still sky high?. I feel like their probably bombarded with so many applications because it looks like all of us here are pushed back? ugh... I'm still hoping all of us will get in...?? 

Right now im in the middle of wanting to call them today and ask again about the status of my application but afraid that I might get labeled as impatient, and not calling and be patient but also afraid I might be labeled as disinterested. ??

I totally understand. But I've been really patient and I'm not given a response at all so I think I will call. Where should I call? Just my admission advisor?

"It is still sitting in Pending. The registrar’s office, Financial Aid office, and Academics office have put all non November requests on hold. Hopefully they will be able to proceed after next week."

What does non November requests mean? I was told I would hear something within 2 days of completing the HESI and it’s now been a week and a half. I’ve left multiple messages and sent emails as well. I’m pretty frustrated to not get any sort of response at all. And I’m the same that I don’t want to be annoying but I also kinda wanna know what’s going on.

I have no idea what non-November means.... makes no sense to me. What's happening in November that is causing them to be so behind? Like I just need an answer! Did I get in or not???

I emailed her back asking what that means and if they even reviewed my application but just don't want to make a decision until later?? IDK.. doubt she'll reply but if she does I'll let you guys know. 

If you guys want to call, then call. Because this is ridiculous and makes no sense. They say one thing and do something completely different. Also if you do call let me know what they say, maybe someone will give you a better answer than what I was given.

I think what she mean about non- November is that people previously get in had thier application placed all in November for I guess financial seminar, screening, placement test and etc...let me know what you guys thought.

I got an update from the main admissions advisor at Sacramento. She told me she was hoping that the admissions committee will review my file next week and that she requested my admissions representative to send my file. Apparently the person I have been in contact with is not my advisor, I have another advisor, but I have not kept in touch with that person.. I don’t know. The whole thing is confusing me ? good luck to us all! I did try calling the main advisor ( that I believe all of us have been mainly talking to)  but line is always full.

Whaaaaaat...... wow...... I am so sorry! I really hope the advisor submits your application asap. I cannot believe it. I have never experienced this before. It's all such a mess!

That absolutely makes sense to me ? like they're wrapping things up for this batch so they can j simultaneously help everybody together in the same sequence?
