Chamberlain BSN 2023 - Sacramento

Published

Hi, I do not see a topic for future applicants of the BSN Program at Chamberlain starting January 2023. Just wanted to know where everyone is at in the application process. For those not applying to the Sacramento location, any input/stats/conversation would still be helpful!

No I did not. I am missing 1 class for thier prerequisite. Critical thinking class. I am taking it right now at LMC.

Hi, Has anyone been able to contact (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME)? She hasn’t been responding to me and I believe she told me that the program would most likely fill up by October. Feeling a little discouraged because I still need to complete my application.

My question also is how do they save or have spots open if they continue to accept all until January? & if everyone has different review times.

I was told that the program would likely fill up by October, so my guess is that they’ll stop taking applicants once it fills up. I’m not sure about review times. Have you talked to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME)?

Hi the last time (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) emailed me is last Wednesday and she's been out all week due to covid.  I am not sure when she going to be back.

Please note several posts have been edited to remove names of those in your program.

Hello. How's everybody doing? Has anyone here have their decision anytime soon?

Hi all, I have a finance seminar meeting this Thursday. Did you get in?

Nice that's so exciting! Is that like a payment planning already?

IDK yet. We had a "Warm transfer" last Friday and they told me decision making will be tomorrow and I am absolutely nervous ?

Hi!

I'm new to this conversation! Congrats to those who got in. I'm also applying to Chamberlain for Jan 2023, my stats are 3.48 GPA and 91% HESI.

I've been applying since Spring 2020, but I've been taking classes at a local community college while applying (thought I'd take the rest of the classes at Chamberlain if I got in). But I obviously didn't and I'm officially done with all my prerequisites this semester, so I'm really hoping I get in this round.

I was supposed to have my application reviewed last week but apparently, they were evaluating one of my transcripts so hopefully, I get a response next week!

Hi Kat!! welcome! ? LOL

You have awesome stats! Praying to God and the universe we all get in! ☺️? I guess they are reviewing mine too. One of my transcripts hasn't made it to them yet last Friday but I hope they already received it. Good luck to you and to all of us!! ???

Me too! I was reading in earlier posts that spots usually fill up by October. I really hope that's not the case and we're still considered early applicants... If admissions advisers know that spots fill up, then why submit more applications just to disappoint their students and have them wait and pray if there's no chance, not because they're not academically eligible but because there are literally no more spots? IDK.. hope that's not the case and we still have a fair chance.

Well, this is just me and my wild guess is that I think they wait for the accepted students' decisions because some of them get accepted in other schools too so there can be some spots opening up last minute. So I guess they still take in candidates as much as they can to fill up the solid 40 or 30 caps. but yeah like I said IDK and IDK if that makes sense ?
