Chaffey College Fall 2023

Is anyone else applying for the Fall 2023 semester?

Even if it's really putting myself out there, I am posting my stats so people in the future can use this thread as a reference. It has always helped me in the past to be able to see who got in.

  • Overall GPA: 3.35*
    • *Notably it's sprinkled with many As and Bs but some Fs and Ws with what I would call a rollercoaster trend. ? Last 5 classes were As. 
  • Prereq GPA: 
    • As: Microbiology, Anatomy, Physio, Humanities, Sociology, Lifespan Psych
    • Bs: English Composition, Chemistry
  • I'll get points for having a bachelor's, knowing a second language, life experience/special circumstances, and having taken medical terminology 1 & 2.

I just got approved for phase 2. I submitted my TEAS score (88%) overall GPA 3.5 and total. Phase 1 is 52 points and Phase 2 is 67 points.

Yay! I also moved forward to phase 1. I commented on another thread and someone said that after phase 2 it's just a waiting game but you're most likely accepted. ☺️?? Is it your top choice?

? congratulations ?...I was made an alternate for chaffey but that's OK because I got accepted to another college 5 minutes from where I live. WE DID IT!!

Hi PSPS13, I was curious as to what your total points were for phase 1? I am applying in Fall of this year for Spring of 2024. I saw you got accepted in and was wondering what the point total was? thanks!

Hey! ? I'm applying for Spring 2024 as well, I hope we both get in ? I'm applying to other colleges around the area too, I really hope I can start somewhere for Spring 2024. So far RCC and Mt. Sac are the two schools whose applications have opened up. Good luck! ?

Thank you! I have all my prereqs for Chaffey but in terms of other colleges, I still need a few more so I plan on taking those in the fall while I play the waiting game on hearing back!
