I did not, but i believe the info session is the same as before. This semester is the last semester for random selection. Thats how the director said it because I am in pharmacology class now

Hi Everyone!

I’m a current first semester student at Chaffey and I just wanted to say GOOD LUCK! I was in your shoes a few months ago so keep pressing on. It Is worth it. Apply to as many schools as you can and whatever happens Don’t give up. If some of you don’t make it in due to the lottery take Pharmacology and Pathophysiology for extra points for the next term!

I just turned in my app on monday. Finger croosed everyone. I am taking pharmacology now. This is my 2nd time applying. The first time, I got denied because I did not have the math 401. Now I have everything, so hopefully.

How is the pharmacology class as far as work load goes? I was thinking that if I don’t get in this semester, I would take that....also possibly with Stats, retake Anatomy to better my grade, and medical terminology. Just wondering if maybe that’s too much with working as well?

In my opinion I wouldn't take a bio class with a math class. I took all Bio classes with an easy class, like sociology. I'm a single parent and I worked part-time, It was hard to catch up. If you have the time go for it! Pharmacology it's not that bad as long you keep up with the lectures and go over your notes twice a week you'll be good. I am currently taking it and I just applied last Thursday.
