Cgfns CVS "Transcript status received but not accepted

so this is my story i send my application to cgfns last july 2011. so this april 16, 2012 i check my application in their site and it says "waiting for final review" and my status on my transcript was "meet all requirements." last friday i check my account again and see that the over all status was "ready for submission" and my status on my transcript was "received but not accepted." which surprise me because it already say meet al requirment and then not not accepted. i called them last monday and ask whats the problem on my transcript and the lady told me she don't know also that there's no note saying the reason why. she told me that she will send an email to the person in charge of my papers. so i said ok. the next day i called them again i speak to a new person and the same thing she don't know whats the reason because nothing is noted there why it's not accepted and as always she said she will send an email. today i called again and i spoke to the same lady that i talked last monday. she said just give it a time they will review it once they see your paper.

now i checked my account again and now my over all status is "report issued" but still my transcript is "not accepted" and the issued report status is mailed..

mailed (issued certificate or issued report) - the item has been printed and mailed to the applicant.

report issued (ces and cvs for new york state only) - a report has been issued to the respective recipients. for ces, reports were sent electronically to the state boards of nursing. issued reports for all other recipients were sent by postal mail.

Ok so why don't you wait for it to come and see what it says?

I would wait and see what report states. Mine did this and I did OK

Well hopefully it turn out good. I'll update you guys what's on the report once i receive it.

ihad the same problem.. when i called CGFNS about it they said that they mailed / emailed a letter to my school but when i asked my school a month later they said tahat they havent recieved it yet.. what to do?????

UPDATE!!! I have waited and now I can take my exam. They already give me the approval to take the test!...

@Ladylibra018: hi guys, I already sent my Form 1 and the reference on the post verified that it was successfully delivered. Now, my question is... How are you going to get a confirmation that they received my application form plus the payment of $143 bank draft etc? what was your experienced? i.e. Received email or letter of confirmation. Thanks

Do you also have to submit the nurse form 3 or it's not necessary anymore cuz CGFNS verified the license in my hometown as well??? Thanks! And BTW, did NYSED contact you once they had received your application? By mail or email? Thank you so mich!

Hi! Guys! my status is already mailed. What do I do next? I checked out NYSED. I'm from the Philippines and downloaded 3 forms: FORM 1, FORM 1CE AND FORM 3. then I tried searching for licensed NYSED Providers for Child Abuse and Infection Control. Just Registered. After you pass what do you do next?? thankssss
