    Too many variables. Most induction agents have similar effects on cerebral function/perfusion except ketamine. Paralytics dont readily cross BBB unless its disrupted. Amidate can cause seizures. STP is known as most cerebral protective.
    For an active trauma with massive instability possibly scopolamine.
    For an old trauma, pretty much any combo of drugs can be defended.
