Interview Advice

  1. Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has found a good book for interviewing. I noticed that someone reccommended one by Tom Washington. Any advice for how to answer my personal dreaded question-What are your weaknesses? I would really appreciate some advice on how people answer this. I believe in being honest, but do you really want to go on about your bad points?
Thank You in advance for your time

Avoid "weakness" like, I try to do too much, I try to do exeryone's job. Interviewers will see right through you. Say something real, but not too coustic.

Whatever your answer, make sure you state that you are currently working on the remedy.

I like to start fires...but I've gotten rid of all my matches :chuckle

Don't use the work "weakness". When they ask you about a "weakness" use the word challange.

For example: What is your greatest weakness John? Reply: One challange that I have had in my career was when I was taking care of a patient that was intubated and.......

explain how you overcame your challange and how it made you stronger
