1. I saw something online stating that all CRNAs must have all their dictations done by a certain time per insitution protocol. Do CRNAs DO dictation? I didn't think that there was any dictation to be done in Anesthesia in general.

    It probably means pre and post op notes being completed. I don't know of any place where the intraoperative anesthesia records are dictated. We just did an anesthesia chart audit for QA in my surgery center. Most of the deficiencies were related to the lack of documentation of the care being turned over to the PACU nurse and the patient being discharged from the facility.
