International CN looking to get info on Hawaii

My girlfriend is a certified nurse working in a heart clinic in Switzerland and is planning on moving to Oahu, Hawaii to be with me (ahhhhh....). I have two questions for anyone who can answer.

1. Can anyone let me know the steps necessary for her to work in the US, specifically Hawaii

2. She is looking to become a midwife and i am trying to find her a school in Hawaii, does anyone know if there are any midwifery education programs here on Oahu?

There is a website called allnursingschools.com that lists just about every nursing school. There are also a lot of online CNM programs. Depending on her credentials she may be able to do one of those programs. Good luck :)
