i am under an extreme stress because we need to finish our case within 10 days...we had a patient with CVA...pls help me in the pathophysiology and nursing diagnoses of our case...
our patient was admitted due to body weakness and fever...he had a right hemiphlegia, he can't move his right extrimities and he is very passive...he also have aphasia...an IFC is connected to him and NGT as well...
please hel me in this case...its our first time to present a neurologic case...
