I am curious how likely I am to get into the program? The MANE one I think? If you weren't accepted what was your gpa for the classes they look at and then your overall GPA? I am doing prereqs and will apply during 2016 fall semester. (I was out of school for 6 years) I have a A in ENGL 1020, a B in PSYC 1041 (lifespan-developmental), a A in general PSYC 1020, a C in Math 60, a B in Chem 1020, an A in intercultural COMM and an A in medical term (wasnt required but needed it for full time) I just have to do Biol 1020 next semester and am wondering if I should retake my math class. The reason I had a c in math and b in lifespan was because i had to flee a domestic violence situation and missed the first three weeks of classes for those two, (since I had to retake ENGL 1020 and PSYC 1041 since it happened during the semester before and i wasnt able to finish that semester and wasnt able to attend classes right away for the next semester til I got into a program that helped me out so i was homeless with my son for 6 weeks).
But I dont want to bring that up at all and am just wondering if my grades would be good enough and what kind of score would I need on my teas to know I have a good chance to get in, oh and also I know I will have to get a A in biology. I just want to know my chances

Have you looked at the requirements for acceptance in Century's program? So far, it's looking good for you. They accept you depending on your GPA for those four core classes and then your TEAS score. You have done well on those first three classes. It looks like you just need to take Biology and take the TEAS and you can apply. I would predict that if you get a B in Biology and a 75% on your TEAS, you would probably be accepted.
I have but it doesn't give specifics really other then it says it's very competitive and so basically I wanted to know if someone hasn't been accepted what their scores would of been? Because I know a girl who has been turned down twice and she doesn't want to share her grades or scores and I didn't want to push but it scared me! But thank you I appreciate that, makes me feel a little better!

I read some data on maneschool.org that showed a range of acceptance at century college to be about 11.4-13.6 for the last couple of semesters. So, if you got an 11.5 you could be fairly confident. This is calculated with GPA and TEAs score.
If you get an A in biology, and the other grades stay the same... You will have an entrance GPA of 3.7. Then you would need at least a 78% on the TEAS to get an 11.5. Like I said though, the admission numbers for your semester could be lower or higher.
Best of Luck!

If you're accepted, does that mean you're accepted to be in the waiting list? Or do you get in, and the wait list is more like an alternates list?

I believe the 4 classes they take your GPA off of are Comm, Bio, Chem, and General Psych. I was accepted in for Spring 2015 and I'm finishing this semester. It really all comes down to your TEAS score. Some people got as low as a 71 on their teas and a 4.0 GPA and were accepted in my class. I used various TEAS books to help me study. I think it's harder to get in now as the TEAS scores are raising. For the waiting list, I heard that they won't tell you what number you are and that you aren't accepted until there is a spot for you.

I applied for Century's Fall 2016 nursing program. I have a GPA of 3.73 and scored 84% on the TEAS, so a composite score of 12.13. I have no idea how competitive Century is so I'm really hoping my score is high enough. Hope this helps!
That should be good enough to get you in. I think everyone about 12 will get into most places.
