So i forgot where I saw it but a CCRN question was stated as such and for the life of my I cant figure out the answer and/or reasoning for answer.  the question is something like this:

An operating room report/review found an increase of infections pertaining to a specific surgical line/group.  To best address the issue what should the nurse do 1st?

A. - Speak with surgical group/team

B. - Notify with Nurse Manager

C. - Review surgical cases

D.  - Discuss at staff meeting

What do you guys think the answer would be and why to this question?  any ideas

If it's anything like literally every NCLEX practice question the answer is "notify the nurse manager" lol
