Hey everyone,

Besides the gpa, teas score and the amount of completed courses, I do know they also look at how many credits you have taken at ccbc. If you have taken 16 or  more credits with them you get points towards your admission. I was also told the Professionalism course with professor Hudson is  taken into consideration. Its really hard to pin-point how many points go towards what. I just hope for the best, especially with +200 applicants!

I been in and out of school for 10 years. I gave up going to school in 2012 and went back in summer 2018. I am feeling discouraged. I want to get my nursing degree. I want to travel and give back to the world.

I’ve been out of high school for 9 years so I know the feeling. No need to feel discouraged. It doesn’t matter how long it takes to get there as long as you complete your goal. It’s ok to feel like you started “late”—I feel the same way—but ima get my degree 💁🏾‍♀️ and if I complete it when I’m 29, then so be it. A lot of youtubers complete their degree by 21-25 so I understand that how it can be discouraging, but hold your head high girl. We got this 💪🏾.

I wanted to take that course but I couldn’t. I work during the day they don’t offer it in the evening. I know I need all the points I can get.

I can not see it on my Simon account either. And I know they received my application because I was going back and forth emailing the director since last year. I submitted my application as soon as it became available.

I applied for blended spring 2020

im having second thoughts. I’ve been told they only accept 24 people

Does anyone applying to Maryland see a decision made on their account?

No, and I called the school and I am "committee ready" but I personally can't see that anywhere. My UMSON acct says "completed"

Same. I just noticed that my application is finally on simon. It says it was created 10/16/19. They must've just put it in there to keep me updated.

I applied to CCBC day program, my application wasn't showing up on SIMON either until today.  Haven't gotten any email updates.
