Has anyone graduated from the LVN program at Carrington College in Sacramento? Can you give me some advice/tips to get through the program? Did you work while attending school? What were the hours like for lectures? Clinicals? Did you have to do clinical hours during all 3 terms? On weekends? I will be starting my first term this upcoming March 2017 and would love some advice. Thank you!

I just finished term 1 of it and I had to stop working halfway through it. It's a lot of work and studying. You have to stay on top of it to be successful. Your hours are 7:30-16:30 for all days at carrington(lecture and labs). The clinical days range but around 600-1430. You have a clinical site for all 3 terms. Term 1 clinical waits about 3 weeks to start but all the other terms start right away.

Are your classes Mon-Fri and clinicals on the weekend?
Do they change each term?
How do you like the program so far?
