CareNow-Minute Clinics-How's the work environment?

Has any nurse-LVN/RN worked at one or currently works at one? I've gone several times with family members for treatment, but today I received a letter offering an opportunity to work as an office manager. Although I don't feel qualified for THAT position, I've wondered about working as a staff nurse? How's the pay? Benefits? Flexibility?

All would have to be awesome for me to give up my weekends!! :lol2:Thanks in advance...

Worked for CareNow. Would totally recommend it. Not sure about Center Manager, there is alot of responsibility with that. I would recommend working the floor for a little while then seeing if you would even be interested. Good Luck !

Thanks NUR-SES-LVN, I should have used the term urgent care centers. Yea, after reading the offer it stated responsibility for running the clinic and staff. Not to sure I'd want that much responsibility right now...But I imagine it's like a mini ER so I'd probably get lots of experience!!!:D
