Has anyone taken the Cardiac-Vascular Nursing Certification Interactive Online Review Course through nursingworld.org (ANA). It's $314. I am not interested in getting my certification at this time, but would love the knowledge. I'm just not sure what it entails. The description of the course is not very good.
