I was just wondering.....when filling in forms regarding past medical history, I always struggle with the question regarding high blood pressure. I had been diagnosed with it in the past, and was started on Lisinopril, but months later, I took an overdose of it in a self harm attempt. Ever since, my blood pressure had always ran at around 116/60-70ish, and the blood pressure medication was stopped.
Lately, it has been bouncing around...sometimes a little high, sometimes a little low, but no clear pattern. So anywhooo...what are your thoughts?

Would suggest discussing this with your PCP but if you had a diagnosis in the past and they are asking about past history then it in my opinion should be mentioned

It's pretty clear if asked if you currently have HTN - no.
If asked if you have a past history of HTN or have ever been diagnosed with HTN - yes.
If asked if you have ever had a suicide or self-harm attempt - yes.
