Cardiac Diet - Nursing Journal Source

Apparently I do not know how to do research. I am to create a cardiac diet presentation that includes an overview, importance of why education is needed, impact on pt/families, how nursing can improve practice by educating pts, and a recommended teaching method. Typically for my university I have been using CINHAL but it doesn't specifically saying nursing journal and honestly I am not finding things just covering the diet itself or education. I have found great information on AHA and Wexner Medical Center's page but this information does not come from a nursing journal. I need at least 3 sources. Can anyone recommend search engines for nursing journals? Thank you so much!
